A one-stop shop for civil aviation
Air Freight Asia 2009, Aircraft Interiors Expo Asia 2009 and Asia Pacific Airline Training Symposium 2009, three key commercial aviation events specialised respectively in air freight, interior and cabin equipment, and airline personnel training will be located alongside Asian Aerospace. New dedicated pavilions
A special showcase of the services and innovations that will lead the Asia Pacific aviation market in the next 20 years will be featured at Asian Aerospace 2009. Aside from traditional national pavilions, three new industry pavilions will highlight the three aviation-related sectors with the strongest potential for growth. They are the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Pavilion, the Airport City Pavilion and the Airport Terminal Asia Pavilion.

The MRO Pavilion will give suppliers the opportunity to showcase their latest technologies to key decision makers from the world's top airlines. Executives from these airlines will undoubtedly be looking for the most cost effective supply chain improvements.

The Airport City Pavilion at Asian Aerospace will showcase main airports, from Asia and beyond, embracing the cutting-edge concept of Airport City, comprising a major airport and aviation-intensive businesses and related enterprises. |

The Airport Terminal Asia Pavilion will be the first and only one of its kind in Asia. The continent has seen an unprecedented growth in demand with 97 new civil airports to be built and 42 others to be expanded by 2020 in China alone. The pavilion will display products, services, design and operational management solutions for terminals at Asian airports. |

Thanks to our ongoing association with the Flight Group, Asian Aerospace 2009 will again host the successful congress that has, in recent years, attracted airline CEOs, heads of Chinese government departments and other key policymakers. The Airline Business Club
The Airline Business Club, in association with Airline Business magazine, the world's premier business publication for senior airline executives, will once again offer a convenient meeting place and informative forum for airline executives throughout the three-day event. The club’s aim is to facilitate business discussions amongst exhibitors.

Hospitality Suites
Exhibitors will be able to book business/hospitality suites within the exhibition area. These will be located on the perimeter of the floor plan. Here, exhibitors can host VIP visitors and other special guests. This will be a cost-efficient alternative to the chalets regularly on offer at traditional air shows.
